To be keep up with my goals for 2019, I thought it would be a good idea to create a daily routine that I will stick with:
7:00 am – Wake Up
7:30 am – Do Yoga
8:00 am – Drink some juice, protein. Take a walk, plan out the day in your head.
8:30 am – Begin Work. Just deal with BMR
11:00 am – Take Break. Maybe eat breakfast.
12:00 am – Back to Work
4:00 pm – Lunch
5:00 pm – Relax. Deal with family.
6:00 pm – More work. Finish articles. Create web 2.0’s, Backlinks, search for expired domains.
8:30 pm – Dinner. Then go for late night walk.
9:30 pm – Play a couple of games
10:30 pm – Sleep
Avoid sexual thoughts, impure thoughts. Avoid being distracted.
